Before you gather the team

Why run it before your next training?

A program built on guesswork treats everyone the same. A Six Declines profile shows you the room before you walk into it.

01
Design the right program
Know each person’s declines before you build the agenda, so the day targets real gaps — not guesses.
02
Balance the teams
See the archetype mix and compose groups that complement each other instead of cloning strengths.
03
Give facilitators a map
Trainers walk in already knowing the room — who leads, who carries, who needs a nudge.
04
Measure the shift
Re-assess after the program to show the change in readiness and prove the training worked.
